This is a Maternity Cover and we offer a 12 months contract. /ppAs a People Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will: /pulliFacilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions. /liliSupport the coordination and logistics of learning programs and events. /liliCreate and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids. /liliSupport the development of learning content and activities. /liliWork with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials. /liliMonitor learner participation and collect feedback. /liliSupport program communications and learner engagement activities. /liliMaintain learning documentation and resources. /liliAssist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs. /liliContribute ideas to improve the learner experience. /li /ulpFuel your passion Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field. Emerging of experience in Learning Development, HR, training, education, or related areas. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Interest in learning, people development, and facilitation. Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
