Overview
In questa posizione, sarai parte del team di I livello per garantire l’operatività dei sistemi e fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello ai clienti. Lavorerai in un contesto in crescita, monitorando il NOC, identificando anomalie e collaborando con il secondo livello per risolvere problemi critici. Ti occuperai di gestione ticket, installazioni programmate e manutenzione, con attenzione alla sicurezza e alla riservatezza. - presidio del servizio NOC e monitoraggio dei sistemi
- identificazione anomalie ed azioni correttive
- supporto di primo livello ai clienti e escalazione al secondo livello
- gestione dei ticket assegnati e risoluzione rapida
- installazioni, aggiornamenti e manutenzione programmata dei sistemi
- gestione degli alert di sicurezza e analisi iniziale degli eventi
- installazione e configurazione Windows e Linux server
- configurazione servizi e impostazioni di rete
- configurazione apparati di rete (switch, router, firewall)
- credenze VMware (Virtual Center, Cloud Director) e cloud pubblici (GCP/Azure)
- backup e restore dei sistemi
- interazione con sistemi di trouble ticketing e asset management
- disponibilità a turni, notturno e festivi, con straordinari retribuiti secondo CCNL
- autonomia e multitasking
- precisione e responsabilità
- riservatezza e sicurezza delle informazioni
