At Enertis Applus+ , we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic recent Electrical Engineer graduate to join our team as a Junior Engineer, supporting the development and construction of utility‑scale PV (Photovoltaic) and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects in Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate at the beginning of their professional career who is eager to learn, curious about renewable energy, and interested in being actively involved in projects from early‑stage permitting through to construction and commissioning.

What will you do?

• Assist with the review of technical documentation related to PV and BESS projects (design drawings, layouts, electrical schematics, technical specifications).
• Support activities related to permitting and authorization processes, including secondary permitting and compliance tracking.
• Participate in the coordination of stakeholders (developers, EPC contractors, consultants, local authorities, and grid operators).
• Assist in monitoring project progress during the pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and internal/external communications.
• Learn to identify and flag technical risks, deviations, or inconsistencies. This role is designed to provide structured learning and progressive responsibility as experience is gained.

What are we looking for?

• Recently graduated (or about to graduate) with a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong interest in renewable energy, particularly PV and energy storage systems.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical and project management skills.
• Curious mindset with a proactive and problem‑solving attitude. Willingness to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV systems, power distribution principles). Familiarity with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
