Senior Civil & Structural Coordinator

On behalf of an innovative company providing large-scale energy storage systems, we are looking for a: /p pbSenior Civil Structural Coordinator /b /p pActing as the primary technical reference for the Civil and Structural discipline, he/she will manage technical inputs across all project stages—from feasibility and concept design to detailed engineering and construction. He/she will be responsible for coordinating internal CAD designers and calculation specialists while simultaneously defining and undertaking the technical review of all documentation, drawings, and reports prepared by third-party engineering service providers or external civil works contractors. /p pbMain Responsibilities: /b /p ul liProviding civil engineering technical input into large-scale EPC projects at various stages, from feasibility to preliminary and detailed design, construction and operational stages; /li liUndertaking feasibility and concept level civil designs for renewable projects including cost estimation and draft preparation; /li liCoordinating the detailed design of concrete foundations and structures, steel structures and domes through CAD and FEA analysis software; /li liDefining and undertaking technical reviews of civil engineering design documentation (architectural/structural drawings and calculation reports) including the review of studies prepared by third-party engineering service providers; /li liPreparing material requisitions and material take-offs for requests for quotation, supporting the purchasing department in the technical alignment of offers for civil works and materials; /li liContributing to the preparation of technical reports and specifications to a high-quality standard including application of relevant standards, codes and local regulations; /li liLiaising with professionals from other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration within the multidisciplinary project team; /li liConducting site visits and inspections for geological/geotechnical surveys, construction follow-up and static acceptance tests. /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering; /li liMinimum 5 years of work experience as a structural engineer, preferably in large-scale industrial, power or chemical plants managed under EPC contracts; /li liGood knowledge of construction methods, standard/code, and legal regulations (EU and US); /li liProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.) for 2D/3D modeling and drafting; /li liMeticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure; /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team to quickly address issues that arise on-site; /li liLanguage: fluency in professional English. /li /ul pThis job posting complies with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency and is open to candidates of all genders, in line with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
