Openjobmetis Filiale di Palermo ricerca per storica azienda del settore fashion retail, un/a People Planning & Performance Specialist- Retail Operations.
Posizione
La figura ricercata sarà inserita all interno dello staff dell ufficio Retail Operations.
Il suo obiettivo sarà supportare la gestione e lo sviluppo del personale della rete vendita, garantendo l allineamento tra le strategie commerciali e le politiche di people management.
Principali responsabilità:
Collaborare con l Area Manager e gli Store Manager per la gestione dei punti vendita;
·Gestire il budget delle ore di lavoro settimanale per punto vendita, assicurando la corretta pianificazione in relazione ai target di vendita, alle fasce orarie di traffico e agli obiettivi di produttività;
·Monitorare le performance del personale individuali e di team, fornendo strumenti e azioni per favorire il raggiungimento dei risultati;
·Monitorare, in collaborazione con la funzione HR, il clima organizzativo all interno dei punti vendita e collaborare per la gestione nei piani di onboarding, formazione e gestione del personale;
·Promuovere e sostenere i progetti di crescita interna in sinergia con la Direzione Commerciale e le Risorse Umane;
·Analizzare i dati per ciascun punto vendita gestito quali produttività, presenze del personale, rotazione e soddisfazione al fine di individuare eventuali criticità e apportare eventuali modifiche all organizzazione dei negozi;
·Partecipare alla definizione dei fabbisogni organici dei punti vendita, contribuendo al piano di workforce planning.
Requisiti
·Laurea ad indirizzo umanistico, economico o gestionale
·Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata nella medesima mansione in settori quali Retail/GDO
·Competenze in ambito organizzazione e gestione risorse umane
·Valutazione della performance, engagement e sviluppo del personale
·Conoscenza delle logiche di business retail e delle dinamiche operative dei punti vendita
·Conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali per l analisi e la gestione HR
Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio a livello nazionale

Si offre: assunzione diretta con inquadramento contrattuale CCNL COMMERCIO di 14 Mensilità;
Fascia di Ral: 25.000/30.000
