In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a dynamic production environment. /ppYou will work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure high standards in production efficiency and product quality. /pbrstrongKey Responsibilities /strongulliOperate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards /liliSet up machinery and production lines for scheduled production runs /liliPerform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment /liliConduct in-process quality checks and document production data accurately /liliIdentify and report process deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns /liliSupport preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with engineering and operations teams /liliAssemble, test, and verify electrical and electronic devices and components /liliRead and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste /liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment /liliCollaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to optimize production performance /li /ulstrongbrKey Requirements /strongulliTechnical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field /liliExperience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is preferred /liliBasic knowledge of electrical and electronic devices and components /liliAbility to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation /liliBasic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems /liliExperience using bench tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment /liliExperience with soldering, including strongSMD components /strong, is an advantage /liliFamiliarity with quality control processes and production documentation /liliStructured, hands-on, and quality-focused working style /liliTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skills /li /ulstrongbrWhy choose us and why we’d choose you /strongpAt NACOS Marine, you will be part of a collaborative production environment supporting advanced maritime technologies.
