ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY: /h3ulliSupport and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks. /liliWorks closely together with Business Navigation – Finance team to create insight in costs and performance and support business steering /liliCoordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow up including preparation of management reporting. /liliSupport an efficient and effective cost recharging process (calculation, recharging, agreements etc). /liliWork closely together with the local and/or centralised Accounting Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements and maintaining effective internal controls. /liliContributes to global projects to develop financial operations and reporting. /liliSupport the organisation with insight in financial performance, position and liquidity and support investment decisions and financial planning. /liliEnsure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with policies /li /ulh3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE: /h3ulliBachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field. /liliProfessionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or local equivalent with strong knowledge of Gaap. /lili 5-7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field. /liliExperience in larger international structure /liliStrong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask /liliBusiness Partnering: Strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills, translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions /liliNetworking: Strong network and relationship builder both within and outside of the own organization. /liliBusiness acumen: Strong ability to recognise external trends and translate them into business opportunities. /liliCommunication: Strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation. /liliChange oriented: to able to handle a constantly changing environment with many different stake holders and demands. /liliDeveloping people: Ability to inspire individuals and teams to accomplish organisational goals; motivate people to perform and grow by providing feedback, coaching, training and career direction. /liliGood knowledge of English and Italian language /li /ulh3WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS /h3pBeing part of the IKEA team has many benefits.
