Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Job PurposeSupervise, optimize and continuously improve the production activities in the site together with other disciplines, taking into account the local regulations, rules, the permits, the agreed cost budget according to the specifications as agreed with the Sales department.ResponsibilitiesPRODUCTION ACTIVITIES: Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way.Ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and healthy as the highest priority.Motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues.Ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities.Control the activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE PRINCIPLES: Supervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational Excellence principles.Motivate people to strive to continuous improvement.PRODUCTION SCHEDULE: Ensure activities are performed according to the production scheduleCollaborate with the production schedulerAlign with production scheduler and if needed with production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be metQUALITY AND QUANTITY: Strive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.
