Global Public Relations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded  Global Public Relations Manager to lead global public relations and brand communications for our growing luxury womenswear brand.

The ideal candidate combines a strong international network within the fashion industry with a deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, media relations, celebrity and VIP strategy, and cultural storytelling. This role requires a highly proactive professional capable of driving impactful communication initiatives while elevating brand visibility across key global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute global PR and communication strategies aligned with brand vision, positioning, and business objectives 
• Lead relationships with top-tier fashion editors, journalists, stylists, celebrities, influencers, VIPs, and key industry partners 
• Oversee all press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days, and showroom management 
• Drive international media outreach and secure high-impact editorial coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and social platforms 
• Define and manage VIP and celebrity dressing strategies in alignment with brand image and seasonal priorities 
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and cultural relevance internationally 
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels 
• Supervise the creation of press materials, brand presentations, media kits, and communication assets 
• Monitor media performance, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights and strategic recommendations 
• Manage PR budgets, agency relationships, and external partners where applicable 
• Support and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment 

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in PR and communications within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands 
• Established international network across fashion media, VIP, and influencer landscape 
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion communication and brand-building strategies 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and international environment 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring/reporting tools 
• Passion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture, and emerging industry trends
