• You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
• You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
• You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
• You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
• You will maintain back of house stock storage organization
• You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly - motivated team

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion
• You have a genuine interest in high-end products, particularly luxury watches
• You have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You have high standards of personal presentation, with the ability to maintain the boutique's appearance and organization
• You are fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in additional languages being a plus
• You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business needs
