For advertising agency, we're looking for Head of AdTech & Media.

This role combines media strategy, planning, and digital activation, with the objective of strengthening in-house capabilities (fully owning media planning and buying across off line and digital channels), driving consistent, data-driven media performance.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

: Media Lead media strategy and planning across all channels (offline & digital) 2. Digital Activation &

AdTech Oversight

: Oversee digital activation, including programmatic, paid social, and search 3. Performance & KPI Management: Define and manage KPI frameworks, reporting, and

performance & programmatic

optimization 4. Brand & performance Alignment: Ensure alignment between brand and performance objectives 5. Client Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders 6. Partner& Vendor Management: Manage external partners and vendors 7.

Team Leadership & Organization: Operate team under the position by leading the Media and AdTech, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities

Required Experience

● 10–15+ years in

Media, Digital media, AdTech, Programmatic. ● Strong experience across media strategy, planning, and digital buying ● Experience managing integrated media teams or capabilities ● Solid understanding of data, performance marketing, and analytics ● Experience working with large-scale media budgets ● Strategic and hands-on when needed ● Comfortable working across media, data, and technology ● Able to bring structure and clarity to complex environments

Range 70/80K + 10% bonus+ 400€ welfare + ticket restaurant 12€. Livello Quadro. CCNL Commercio.

Location: Milano. Hybrid Mode.
