You connect IT with Marketing to ensure architectural solutions align with enterprise guidelines, contributing to Costa's digital evolution and guest experience.Responsibilities

• Define e-Commerce roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner.
• Lead development and vendor management with Agile practices.
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT and Marketing ensuring aligned architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Technical expertise in AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento), React, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business concepts to technical teams.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
