Sc or PhD in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering /lili1+ years of relevant experience in product development, design and analysis /liliGood knowledge of cad tool CATIA /liliAutonomy in your daily working activities /liliFluency in English and Italian is a must /li /ulh3What you can expect from us /h3pThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €31.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. /ppTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
