This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvementSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service departmentPrepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partnersEnsure data accuracy in service management systemsAssist in optimizing service processes and workflowsSupport procurement and spare parts cost analysisWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldProfessional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar rolesLanguage: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and writtenTechnical & Soft SkillsStrong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plusGood organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectivelyEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-TimeNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici PrivatiMinimum Gross Annual Salary: 35.000Benefits:- Meal tickets- Smart WorkingThe Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
