La figura ricercata

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks * Setting up and organizing efficient office management and a systematic filing system

* Implementing accounting and payroll systems in collaboration with an auditing firm

* Independent correspondence with business partners in German and English

* Preparation and follow-up for advisory board and supervisory board meetings: organizing meetings, including coordinating schedules for all participants, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes and summaries

* Close coordination with the assistant in Munich: schedule management, travel management

* Support with day-to-day operations (organizational and administrative)

* Independently taking on individual projects

Il candidato prescelto

Your Profile* High school diploma with completed business training and/or further training as an executive assistant

* Several years of experience as an assistant in a comparable position with relevant references

* Excellent communication skills and a confident command of written and spoken German; good English skills are expected

* You are able to handle pressure, flexible, and highly motivated

* You enjoy taking the initiative and handle stressful situations with composure

* You are accustomed to conducting yourself professionally and have a high standard of quality

* You have a structured approach to work and a knack for numbers
