ph3bSUMMARY OF ROLE /b /h3 pResponsible for the activities of the production department (PCS) in meeting scheduled product quantities, established costs, and ensuring quality standards. Manages weekly production scheduling and subsequently coordinates and monitors department activities in terms of direct and indirect hour absorption, personnel performance, plant utilization and scrap. Collaborates in defining and optimizing the production cycle, including proposing improvement changes. Finally, verifies compliance with current environmental and safety regulations. Coordinates a group of blue collars (assemblatori PCS) and ensures their development. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND TASKS /h3 ul liOrganize the assembly lines in order to guarantee the deliveries established in the production program, intervening with variations in order to optimize the processes on a daily basis. /li liMonitoring of production KPi's. /li liManage direct line personnel, planning their schedules, shifts, rotation, training and the polycompetence matrix. /li liCollaborate with quality officers to meet quality standards and improve them. /li liSupport department personnel through problem solving activities or operational instructions. /li liEnsure compliance with workplace safety regulations. /li liSupport the implementation of continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/6S). /li /ul h3Skills Requirement /h3 ul liLeadership and authority. /li liAt least 2-3 years’ experience in personnel management in structured companies. /li liExperience in the production of standard or similar electrical cabinets (quadri elrttrici) is appreciated. /li liGood technical-organizational skills (management of mass production processes, optimization, preferable knowledge of lean production techniques). /li liAbility to effectively convey management directions. /li liListening skills. /li liConstant presence and support. /li liAbility to give answers and make decisions. /li liPlanning and organization. /li liResistance to stress. /li liTechnical training in electro-mechanics is required (diploma of industrial technician or technical specialization). /li liPreference is given to coming from structured companies, manufacturers of electro-mechanical products with high technological content. /li liKnowledge of the main Office tools. /li liSAP user. /li /ul h3ABOUT US /h3 pNidec Conversion is a $600M Business Unit of Nidec Corporation, a $18 Billion+ global company, headquartered in Milan (Italy) and footprint in more than 10 countries.
