Overview
In questa posizione userai le tue competenze .NET e Azure per guidare l'architettura di progetti e supportare la trasformazione digitale dei clienti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team di sviluppo, business e presale per definire soluzioni architetturali robuste e cloud-native. Sarai punto di riferimento tecnico, facilitando il passaggio a microservizi e garantendo allineamento tra requisiti funzionali e soluzioni tecniche. Unisci competenza tecnica e leadership per guidare cambiamento e mentorship nel team.

Responsabilità
- Definire e guidare le soluzioni architetturali per l'intero perimetro di progetto
- Supportare sviluppo e migrazione verso architetture a microservizi e soluzioni cloud-native
- Collaborare con il business per tradurre requisiti funzionali in soluzioni tecniche
- Rifarsi come riferimento tecnico e mentor per colleghi meno esperti
Requisiti fondamentali
- .NET Framework e .NET Core
- Architetture cloud, on-premises e ibride
- esperienza in AI (nice to have)
- Capacità di ascolto e mediazione
- Approccio proattivo
- Capacità di dialogare con il business e guidare il cambiamento tecnologico
