Here below your responsibilities: /b /pulliAnalyze the btender documents /b provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements. /liliDevelop theb cost estimate /b of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts. /liliAnalyze the bVendors quotation /b to be included in the bid cost estimate. /liliDevelop accurate cost analysis for bconstruction works /b. /liliImplement the bconstructability /b activities as required (e.g. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.) /liliPrepare the bid price sheet and the project bcash flow /b. /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma /ppbExperience: /bbat least /bb10 years /b as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.g. Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors. /ppbTechnical Skills /b: Knowledge of Estimating Methodologies and cost analysis of Direct, Indirect and Subcontracting works; strong understanding of construction methods, materials and practice. /ppbIT Skills: /b Familiarity with Estimating Tools such as: STR VISION, PRIMUS, etc.; Digital skillset (i.e. structured Database, excel programming). /ppbWhat else should you know? /bYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned. /ppbWhat can we offer to you: /b /pullibFor home office contract /b: Pay not lower than 48.000€ /lilibCorporate Benefits /b : We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /lilibHybrid working model /b: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance. /li /ulpbTransparency Note /b /ppAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills. /ppAny deviation shall be duly justified and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the Non-Discrimination Statement.
