Project & Property Manager Intern

As a Project & Property Manager Intern at Cohabs, you will gain practical, on-site experience managing renovation projects, interacting with suppliers and general contractors (GCs), and handling construction site reporting. You will be proactive in identifying and solving issues on-site to ensure smooth project execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gain hands-on experience by overseeing daily construction site activities and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and GCs, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits, preparing detailed reports on the status of ongoing projects and identifying areas for improvement.
• Proactively address issues that arise on-site, working to find solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Support the implementation of maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure design and operational standards are maintained.
• Identify and propose proactive solutions to mitigate potential project risks.
• Assist in the documentation of site developments and ensure accurate reporting for key stakeholders.
• Support the integration of feedback from stakeholders into ongoing project plans.

What we’re looking for:

• You have or are preparing an Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience in this field.
• You are fluent in Italian & English
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a passion for property management.
• You have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• You are comfortable working on construction sites and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and are eager to identify and resolve issues quickly on-site.
• You are highly organized and can keep track of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• You have an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• You are adaptable and open to feedback, constantly striving to improve your work processes.
• You have a strong interest in property renovation and project management.
• You are a team player who collaborates well with others to achieve common goals.
• You have a drive to improve our product continuously and contribute to the success of Cohabs.
