We are currently looking for Waiters/Waitresses – Breakfast & All-Day Dining for one of our 4* hotel in Budapest.

What will you be responsible for?

• Providing an excellent food and beverage service experience to hotel guests in breakfast operations and all-day dining areas.
• Preparing and setting up restaurant and buffet areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and serving meals and drinks professionally and efficiently.
• Ensuring buffet replenishment, cleanliness, and smooth breakfast service operations.
• Advising guests on menu items, allergens, and beverage options while delivering excellent customer service.
• Handling guest requests and resolving concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafés, or Hospitality environments is highly valued.
• Experience in breakfast service and/or restaurant floor service (all-day dining) will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude.
• Fluent English is essential; Hungarian and/or any additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
