Operations Team Lead

To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Team Lead to join our team.

Your Impact

In this role, you will take ownership of our sea freight operations, lead a small team while actively contributing to daily business. You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department
• Work closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipments
• Challenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations
• Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and service providers
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively

What You Bring

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3+ year experience in freight forwarding (sea freight required)
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to support operations when needed
• Additional certifications (FIATA, customs, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus
