The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing, automating, and improving our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on function apps, storages, databricks and AI services like Microsoft Foundry on Azure. You will collaborate closely with the development and project teams from our Analytics, Data AI area. These platforms have a global scale. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Virtual Networks, Subnets, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Diagnostic Settings, and Azure Container Instances. /li liBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including self‑hosted agents, artifact management, and automated pipeline execution. /li liMonitor and improve system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK, Azure Monitor, and logging frameworks. /li liDefine, implement, and maintain security controls aligned with ISS standards (RBAC, managed identities, service principals, NSGs, secure service-to-service communication). /li liOptimize infrastructure costs and performance using Azure Cost Management and related tooling. /li liDevelop automation and integrations using Python scripts, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs. /li liSupport our AI infrastructure: Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API management. /li liTroubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and application layers. /li liParticipate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to ongoing improvements within the team. /li /ul h3Key qualifications /h3 pbMust have: /b /p ul liProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role focused on cloud infrastructure. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture fundamentals (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, networking, compute, load balancers, security, monitoring). /li liProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or GitOps tooling. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. /li liEnglish proficiency, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Nice have /h3 ul liExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). /li liStrong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash), including API integrations and Azure SDK usage. /li liUnderstanding of cost, security, and performance optimization in Azure environments. /li liHave a strong interest in understanding the Azure AI landscape and want to be part of delivering AI platforms for developers to use for building strong solution. /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams. /li /ul h3Personal skills /h3 ul liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment. /li liStrong communication skills, including direct customer interaction experience. /li /ul h3What ISS Offers You /h3 pWe focus on creating an environment where you can grow and perform at your best: /p ul liPermanent contract. /li liCompetitive compensation package based on your experience, including private health insurance. /li li22 days of annual leave + 3 additional company days to recharge. /li liFlexible working hours and a hybrid model that supports balance and collaboration. /li liContinuous learning opportunities (technical and behavioural development) to support your growth. /li liModern, well‑equipped office in the heart of Porto. /li liFree parking for your convenience. /li liAccess to ISS Tech Communities to connect, learn and share knowledge. /li liFree access to the company gym to support your wellbeing. /li liSnacks and drinks available at the office. /li /ul h3Why ISS /h3 pAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider ofcleaning, food, workplace and technical services, weare a partner in our customers’ success.
