ppSenior Client Advisor - Luxury Fashion | Rome /p pLocation: Rome, Piazza di Spagna /p pUp to €38,000 /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Senior Client Advisor for its boutique located in Piazza di Spagna, Rome. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity for an established luxury sales professional who is passionate about fashion, clienteling, and delivering an exceptional level of service to an international and discerning clientele. /p pThe ideal candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a sophisticated, personalized approach to client relationships, contributing to the boutique's continued success in one of Rome's most prestigious luxury retail destinations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain a strong portfolio of local, international, VIP, and high-net-worth clients, driving repeat business through consistent and personalized outreach. /li liAchieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling, appointment-based business, cross-selling, and client development. /li liDeliver an elevated luxury experience, offering personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to each client's preferences and lifestyle. /li liProactively utilize CRM and clienteling tools to identify sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and cultivate long-term client relationships. /li liDevelop new business while maximizing existing client potential through private appointments, events, collection launches, and targeted outreach. /li liDemonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling, confidently representing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections. /li liContribute to a positive and collaborative boutique environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices when appropriate. /li liPartner closely with boutique management and the wider team to achieve commercial objectives and maintain the highest standards of luxury service. /li liStay informed about local and international client trends and opportunities to further develop the boutique's business. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably within an established international luxury Maison. /li liProven track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets. /li liDemonstrated ability to build and retain a meaningful client book and generate repeat business. /li liStrong CRM and clienteling experience, with a proactive approach to client outreach and appointments. /li liComfortable working with high-value transactions and discerning clientele. /li liPolished, confident, relationship-driven, and commercially minded. /li liStrong communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. /li liFluent Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus. /li liExcellent teamwork skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAnnual Gross Salary: Up to €38,000, depending on experience. /li liOpportunity to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in one of Rome's most iconic shopping destinations. /li liAn international and dynamic working environment with opportunities for professional growth. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
