Grazie a un forte focus su ricerca e sviluppo, offrono soluzioni all'avanguardia per mercati globali. Per supportare la crescita internazionale, cerchiamo un Global Sales Manager con esperienza nel settore, capace di sviluppare nuovi mercati e consolidare relazioni commerciali strategiche.
Offerta
- Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale per l'espansione internazionale.
- Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti nei mercati chiave.
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e negoziare accordi commerciali ad alto valore.
- Effettuare analisi di mercato per anticipare le tendenze e adattare le strategie di vendita.
- Collaborare con i reparti interni (R&D, Marketing, Produzione) per garantire un'offerta competitiva.
- Viaggiare frequentemente per incontrare clienti e partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore (50% del tempo, con almeno 3 trasferte overseas all'anno).
Competenze ed esperienza
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di sales internazionali nel settore balistico oppure tessuti tecnici o settori affini.
- Ottime capacità di business development e gestione clienti.
- Inglese fluente; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus.
- Forte predisposizione al lavoro autonomo e alla negoziazione.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente.
