Contractual: 2‑month project. Role Overview
In a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment, you will ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of promotional materials through the MLR approval process. This role accelerates time‑to‑approval and go‑live by managing content upload, orchestrating workflows, and enabling smooth collaboration across Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Upload promotional materials into Veeva PromoMats, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and correct association with all required references and documentation for MLR submission.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end MLR process, ensuring materials are properly prepared, submitted, and managed throughout the approval lifecycle.
- Act as a coordination hub across Marketing, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and avoid delays or inefficiencies.
- Monitor end‑to‑end approval timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and driving accountability across functions.
- Identify bottlenecks proactively and intervene to accelerate content approval and go‑live.
- Experience in content operations, coordination, or process management roles.
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Acrobat (PDF management), Microsoft Word, Box or similar document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats.
- Familiarity with MLR processes in pharma or regulated environments.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
