• Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Versatility: You are equally comfortable behind a coffee machine/cocktail shaker as you are behind a PMS system.
• Leadership: A "people‑first" mindset and the ability to stay cool when the hostel is jumping.
• Languages: High proficiency in both Italian and English.
