Remote Tech Support Specialist, Molecular Diagnostics

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Technical Support Specialist – Systems to provide advanced product support for molecular diagnostics instruments. The role is fully remote in Europe, reporting to Italy/Portugal Customer Care Manager, with travel up to 15% in Europe.
You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, collect detailed instrument data, and contribute to knowledge base while collaborating with global teams.
