If you are enthusiastic in facing new challenges and in top-notch technologies, have a further look! /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign of high-performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules, including simulation, design, verification and optimization /liliAnalyze technical requirement specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers /liliDrive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels /liliContribute to feasibility studies, compare different solutions and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliMaster degree in Engineering, PhD will be positively evaluated /liliAt least 10 years of experience in analog/RFIC design environment with hands-on design knowledge of complex IC /liliExperience in Cadence Design Framework and analog/RF design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing /liliCreative design ability to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance /liliProficient working with state-of-the-art technologies - SiGe BiCMOSs, CMOS /liliProven track record of designing high performance complex analog IC designs into volume production /liliGood communication skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong team working attitude /liliFluent in English and availability to travel outside Italy /li /ulh3About Huawei / Location /h3pThis position is based in Huawei Milan Research Center.
