In questa posizione, gestisci la direzione delle Risorse Umane per un grande Gruppo lusso, guidando l'evoluzione del capitale umano e affiancando il CDA nelle decisioni strategiche. Lavori in stretta collaborazione con i leader di funzione per sviluppare carriere e talenti, e direzioni HR internazionali. Puoi incidere sul team building e sull'implementazione di programmi di sviluppo, in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.

Responsabilità
- Affiancare il CdA nelle decisioni strategiche HR
- Guidare lo sviluppo di carriera dei Direttori di Funzione
- Guidare l'HR Team (4 manager e 30 addetti) nel team building
- Operare a livello internazionale con conoscenza di usi, leggi e consuetudini dei mercati
- Gestire la gestione del personale a livello dirigenziale per il gruppo lusso
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Economia + MBA
- 至少 15 anni di esperienza nel ruolo nel settore lusso
- capacità di affiancare il CdA nelle decisioni HR
- fluente in inglese e francese
- esperienza internazionale e leadership di team HR (4 manager e 30 addetti)
