ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert /p pWe are looking for an experienced FX Derivatives Trader at Vice President level to join our FX Derivatives Trading team in Milan.br/The successful candidate will take an active role in pricing, market making and risk management across FX Options, covering G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies and contributing to the overall performance and development of the FX Derivatives franchise. /p h3bWhat you'll be doing /b /h3 pAs an FX Derivatives Trader, you will be responsible for: /p ul liPricing, trading and market making across FX Options, covering G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies; /li liManaging market risk arising from market-making and client-driven activit; /li liManaging positions across plain-vanilla and exotics; /li liProviding competitive pricing and liquidity while optimizing the risk/reward profile of the trading portfolio; /li liIdentifying and executing trading and hedging strategies based on market conditions, positioning and portfolio exposures; /li liWorking closely with Sales to support client activity through pricing, market views, trade ideas and tailored FX derivative solutions; /li liContributing to the origination, assessment and structuring of new products and client solutions; /li liContributing to the development of the FX Derivatives franchise through new business initiatives and improvements to the existing product offering; /li liCollaborating with other Trading teams and international hubs to optimize risk management and market coverage; /li liContributing to the continuous enhancement of pricing models, trading tools, analytics and risk-management processes. /li /ul h3bWho we are looking for /b /h3 pIf you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: /p ul liApproximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in FX Derivatives trading, gained within an investment bank or a compartable financial institution; /li liProven experience in FX Options market making and risk management, with direct responsibility for trading positions; /li liStrong experience across G10 and/or Emerging Markets currencies; /li liSolid hands-on experience in the pricing and risk management of plain-vanilla FX Options, with experience in exotic products considered highly valuable; /li liDemonstrated ability to manage volatility and Greeks-based risk and dynamically hedge option portfolios; /li liExperience operating within defined market and counterparty risk frameworks and trading limits; /li liStrong familiarity with front-office trading, pricing and position-management systems; /li liA demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and make effective trading and risk-management decisions in changing market conditions; /li liA degree in Economics or STEM disciplines; /li liStrong knowledge of FX markets, products, market structure and trading conventions; /li liDeep understanding of derivatives pricing and risk management, particularly FX Options; /li liStrong understanding of volatility markets, volatility surfaces, Greeks and the key risk factors affecting FX Options portfolios; /li liProven ability to make timely and well-informed decisions in a fast-moving market environment; /li liCommercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that contribute to the development of the FX franchise; /li liFluency in English; /li liStrong proficiency with front-office trading and analytical tools; /li liKnowledge of Python, VBA or other programming/quantitative tools would be considered an advantage. /li /ul h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 ul liGross annual salary starting from €75,000 /li /ul pThe Group provides a performance-related variable component in line with the Group’s Remuneration Policies available on the Group website /p pAdditional benefits set out by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking sector and company-level agreements /p pOpportunities for professional development to support your growth /p pA wide range of training programes through our Corporate Academy, dedicated to the continuous development of professional, managerial and soft skills at all levels /p pPossibility of flexible working and a 4-day workweek (4x9) /p pA modern and integrated corporate welfare system (link ) /p pHealthcare coverage and supplementary retirement plan upon employment /p pBenefits on the Group's banking products and services /p h3bAbout us /b /h3 pWe are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
