pstrongTractel Italiana /strong is looking for a strongSupply Chain Operations Assistant /strong to join its organization. /ppThis position has been created as part of the company's Supply Chain succession plan. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with the current Supply Chain Manager through a structured onboarding, mentoring and professional development program. /ppstrongThe objective of this development path is to prepare the selected candidate to succeed the current Supply Chain Manager and progressively assume responsibility for the entire Supply Chain Operations function of Tractel Italiana. /strong /ppbr / /ppThis role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey tasks responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupport purchasing planning and procurement activities. /liliAnalyze inventory levels, consumption trends, KPIs and Supply Chain performance. /liliDevelop and manage relationships with local and international suppliers. /liliCollaborate with Group companies and manufacturing suppliers, including facilities located in China. /liliSupport logistics, warehouse and workshop operations. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. /liliSupport quality, audit, certification and compliance activities. /liliParticipate in the implementation and development of Microsoft Business Central. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Competencies: /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. /liliInitial significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations or Demand Planning. /liliUnderstanding of core Supply Chain processes and inventory management. /liliStrong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPI monitoring. /liliExperience in multinational or international environments is considered a plus. /liliKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Business Central or equivalent) and Business Intelligence tools is appreciated. /liliInitial experience coordinating activities, projects or small teams is a plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /pulliStrong analytical and data-driven mindset. /liliProblem-solving attitude and continuous improvement orientation. /liliStrong organizational and interpersonal skills. /liliInitiative, proactivity and willingness to learn. /liliLeadership potential and ambition to grow into a management role. /liliFluent English.
