SAP FI/CO Specialist (m/f/d)

ph3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport, develop, and optimise SAP Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems /li liCollaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure FI/CO modules accordingly /li liLead and participate in projects for SAP FI/CO implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability /li liAnalyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization /li liProvide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP FI/CO-related issues and coordinate with external service providers /li liConduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation /li /ul h3Your Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; SAP certifications are advantageous /li liPrevious years of experience in a similar role, facing with the implementation, management and further development of SAP modules, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments /li liIn-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and support, with solid customizing expertise and integration knowledge across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, QM, DWH) /li liStrong understanding of financial and controlling processes within SAP, as well as hands-on experience with their implementation, rollouts and upgrades /li liGood knowledge of IT-Application Management best practices and agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate requirements with business departments and IT /li liVery good knowledge of English, Italian and/or German /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liTotal compensation starting from €52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul pThe compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
