Product engineer
Responsabilità Principali
- Analisi Tecnica: Analizzare le specifiche tecniche richieste dal cliente (RFQ) e valutare la fattibilità del progetto in collaborazione con l’Ufficio R&D.
- Costing & Estimating: Elaborare preventivi dettagliati, calcolando i costi di produzione (materiali, lavorazioni meccaniche, montaggio, ore ingegneria).
- Distinta Base (BOM): Definire le distinte base preliminari per la quotazione del prodotto.
- Supporto Commerciale: Supportare l'area Sales durante le trattative tecniche, spiegando le scelte progettuali e le relative ricadute economiche.
- Ottimizzazione: Collaborare con l’ufficio acquisti e la produzione per identificare soluzioni \"cost-effective\" senza sacrificare la qualità.
Requisiti Tecnici
- Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o diploma tecnico (Perito Meccanico) con solida esperienza nel ruolo.
- Competenze Tecniche: Capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico e conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni (asportazione truciolo, carpenteria, assemblaggio).
- Strumenti: Ottima conoscenza di Excel (fondamentale per la preventivazione) e dimestichezza con sistemi ERP e software CAD (2D/3D).
- Esperienza: Almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi (Preventivista, Application Engineer o Product Engineer) in aziende del settore machinery/metalmeccanico.
