Experteer Overview
As Project Manager for the Energy Distribution business line, you will steer global, complex projects from New Product Development to optimization. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Operations to deliver customer value, manage risks, and ensure timely results. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, govern project performance, and communicate with stakeholders to secure project success. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape energy distribution solutions at scale within ABB’s smart buildings portfolio.Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects end-to-end, covering scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
- Motivate and coordinate internal and external resources to meet milestones.
- Ensure clear customer value, satisfaction, and expectation management.
- Maintain transparency on changes, risks, and unforeseen events; capture opportunities.
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders and escalation point for issues; communicate effectively to achieve support.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or PMI accreditation preferred.
- Extensive experience in project management with agile and lean practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work capability.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- MS Project knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
