As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of structured technical learning paths for Field Service personnel
• Contribute to the delivery of hands‑on and digitally enabled immersive training programs leveraging real equipment, Virtual/Mixed Reality software, immersive reality platforms, and 3D laser‑scanned environments
• Ensure training solutions replicate real field conditions—both physical and virtual—to enhance operational readiness and problem‑solving capabilities
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, instructors, and cross‑functional teams to maintain technical relevance and accuracy of training content
• Promote experiential and immersive learning methodologies that accelerate competency development and practical application
• Support initiatives to embed Quality, HSE, and compliance standards consistently across all training programs
• Ensure training content reflects company procedures, standards, and field execution requirements
• Contribute to reinforcing a strong safety and quality culture within all training activities
• Align training materials with operational best practices required for successful execution at customer sites
• Partner with HSE, Quality, and Operations teams to continuously improve training effectiveness and compliance alignment

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Robotics, Programming, Safety Engineering) or other STEM‑related field.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Have strong technical competence.
• Be able to translate technical knowledge into practical and immersive training solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance principles.
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Compensation

• 600 € gross monthly – If your exams are yet to be completed and if the distance between the company and the address of the intern is less than 50 km
• 700 € gross monthly – If your exams are yet to be completed and if the distance between the company and the address of the intern is more than 50 km
• 900 € gross monthly – If you have passed all the university exams or have already graduated and if the distance between the company and the address of the intern is less than 50 km
• 1000 € gross monthly – If you have passed all the university exams or have already graduated and if the distance between the company and the address of the intern is more than 50 km
