IT Assurance & Help Desk Lead — Surabaya

Meratus Group is seeking an IT Assurance & Support Services Manager to lead day-to-day internal IT operations and executive support. The role bridges hands‑on leadership with strategic planning for infrastructure, asset lifecycles, and end‑user services.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computing, 5+ years in IT support management (2+ in leadership), and strong stakeholder communication skills, including vendor management and budget planning.
