Italian Voice Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal communication skills, a professional speaking voice, and the ability to engage naturally with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions in Italian via voice-based platforms.

- Accurately document interactions and feedback.

- Meet performance goals and project deadlines.
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear pronunciation and professional speaking voice.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

- Previous customer service, call center, support, or communication experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Familiarity with AI, language, or localization projects.
