ppSiamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel team Cartolarizzazione, che possa seguire le attività relative alle operazioni di cartolarizzazione, principalmente di portafogli NPL. /ppLa persona si occuperà principalmente di: /pulliMonitoraggio performance portafogli oggetto di cartolarizzazione in gestione; /liliMonitoraggio rendimento notes emesse dai veicoli di cartolarizzazione; /liliAttività di reporting e coordinamento tra le varie funzioni interne coinvolte nella produzione della reportistica (Business Intelligence, IT, Payment Office); /liliTenuta rapporti con investitori; /liliAttività di Calculation agent; /liliMonitoraggio attività di master e special servicing; /liliCollaborazione al monitoraggio dei Business Plan delle operazioni, con particolare riferimento agli aggiornamenti periodici di questi ultimi (Updated Business Plan) e al monitoraggio e il rispetto delle scadenze contrattualmente previste per l’invio ai Noteholders; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
