Job DescriptionJob descriptionAs a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams.Key responsibilities· Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.· Diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.· Design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines.· Evaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.· Manage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.· Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.· Use planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management.· Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning.· Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions.· Coach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management.· Prepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates.· Ensure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines, planning processes and operating standards.Who you areWe are looking for a collaborative, curious and practical problem-solver who can connect analytical findings with real operational conditions.
