Durata: 6 mesi - eventualmente prorogabile per ulteriori 6 mesi, full time: 38 ore a settimana
Possibilità di lavorare da remoto nove giorni al mese, dopo un periodo di formazione.
Il/la tirocinante entra all’interno del Dipartimento Amministrativo di Milano nell’Ufficio di Budgeting and reporting, il cui obiettivo è quello di restituire una visione del quadro economico all’organizzazione e garantire la trasparenza di EMERGENCY verso tutti gli stakeholder.
La risorsa, in collaborazione e sotto la supervisione del Budgeting and Reporting Coordinator, supporterà il team nello svolgimento di mansioni di controllo preventivo, verifica e quadratura dei dati di contabilità, al fine di fornire dati e valutazioni sull’attività dell’Organizzazione e report periodici sull’andamento della gestione.
Principali compiti e responsabilità
- Controllo e validazione finale della contabilità mensile proveniente dai progetti umanitari di EMERGENCY;
- Supporto alle attività di analisi e quadratura, periodiche e di fine esercizio, di natura contabile e gestionale;
- Organizzazione e verifica di documentazione cartacea e digitale a supporto delle attività dell’ufficio;
- Generale sostegno alle attività quotidiane dell’ufficio.
Requisiti richiesti
- Diploma in Ragioneria e/o laureando/a o laureato/a in ambito economico;
- Buona conoscenza dei principi teorici contabili;
- Ottima dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office (in particolare con Excel);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative, affidabilità, precisione, capacità di analisi e di sintesi.
