Prada Group in Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Outlet channel, acting as the deputy to the Store Manager and leading the team on the sales floor to drive commercial performance.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Client experience, coaching staff, analyzing business results and ensuring stock and store operations are aligned with corporate guidelines. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury retail.
