Project Management Senior Specialist M/F/D

Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our engineering processes. Role Overview

As a Project Manager for Ref&Pet, Pipeline and Industrial segment, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project across all dimensions: customer relations, scheduling, procurement, construction, quality, risk management, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.

• Project Leadership: Driving end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Leading cross‑functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, and finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
• Risk & Compliance: Proactively identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans. Ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities.
• Customer Interface: Acting as point of contact for the customer, managing relationships, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Change Management: Identifying and executing project variations and change orders, negotiating directly with customer leadership to maximize value.
• Financial Performance: Owning project financials, driving strong outcomes across cost, margin, and cash flow. Leading forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Oil & gas sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency in global PM standards to prove expertise in project management principles and processes.
• Team player with good communication skills and fluency in English and Italian.
• Availability to travel internationally.

Pay range: EUR 51,200 to 70,400.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
