La nostra azienda cliente è una realtà italiana specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di sistemi di sicurezza.
Per la sede di Torino ricerchiamo la seguente figura: SENIOR FIRMWARE ENGINEER
La risorsa, inserita all’interno dell’area R&D, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo, manutenzione ed evoluzione del firmware embedded per sistemi elettromeccanici di sicurezza.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestire e mantenere il firmware esistente in linguaggio C su microcontrollori MSP430, occupandosi di debugging e risoluzione problematiche su sistemi installati
- Guidare la migrazione della piattaforma verso soluzioni più moderne (ESP32/Arduino o ESP-IDF)
- Progettare e implementare nuove funzionalità, tra cui sistemi di aggiornamento firmware OTA, diagnostica embedded e dashboard di monitoraggio
- Sviluppare soluzioni di comunicazione su protocolli seriali (RS-485, RS-232) e bus I2C, nonché integrazione con protocolli di autenticazione
- Implementare soluzioni di sicurezza avanzate (secure boot, crittografia AES-256, gestione certificati e chiavi)
- Progettare e sviluppare gateway IoT per aggiornamento remoto e gestione dispositivi in rete
- Eseguire attività di testing e validazione, incluse prove di stress su protocolli e sistemi
- Collaborare con consulenti hardware esterni e interfacciarsi con la direzione per la definizione dei requisiti progettuali.
Requisiti
Desideriamo incontrare candidatə con diploma tecnico o Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Elettronica, Informatica o affini, che abbiano maturato una solida esperienza nello sviluppo firmware embedded.
Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:
- Ottima conoscenza del linguaggio C
- Esperienza su almeno una famiglia di microcontrollori (ESP32, STM32, AVR, MSP430)
- Capacità di lettura di schemi elettronici e comprensione dei sistemi embedded
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di protocolli di comunicazione (UART, SPI, I2C)
- Competenze di debug embedded (oscilloscopio, analizzatore logico, JTAG/SWD).
