As an Associate in McKinsey’s Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in Milan, you will help leading organizations achieve marketing-driven growth by supporting client projects across consumer and business-to-business sectors. You’ll receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate leadership development while contributing to strategic marketing and sales initiatives. You will work in cross-functional teams on diverse industries, gaining exposure to senior leaders and executive clients. • University degree

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s)
