Arkage is looking for a Creative and Content Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on Channel’s 360° management: manage projects across internal and external touchpoints such as .com, CRM, social channels, and retail.
• Project Management: design modern user interfaces in Figma, ensuring a smooth user experience and attention to every visual detail through collaborative workflows.
• Creative Pairing 4.0: plan the team’s activities, work on project Gantt charts, and keep them updated, focusing on cost/efficiency.
• Planning & Strategy: set timelines and deadlines, ensuring delivery on time and according to channel requirements.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in digital agencies, creative environments, or corporate marketing departments, focusing on project coordination, traffic management, or content production.
• University degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
• Proactive problem solver: excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to solve technical and operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Multitasking & flexibility: able to manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks in a fast‑paced setting without compromising quality.
• Creative & growth mindset: creative thinker with curiosity to constantly learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
• Team player: collaborative, builds positive professional relationships across diverse creative and technical teams.

Technical Skills

• Languages: fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Productivity & collaborative suites: solid experience and full operational proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Keynote.
• Timeline management: ability to work within structured workflows, manage feedback cycles, and use project management tools to update Gantt charts and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Network of interaction: interface and collaborate effectively with internal creative profiles (Designers, Copywriters, Editors, UX/UI specialists, Art Directors) as well as external corporate channels.
• Smart working: 3 days per week or more.
