In this role you drive growth in the HVACR segment for YORK and SABROE products within the Milan area. You’ll work with a senior Area Manager to maximize sales, margins and market penetration, while engaging major customers and expanding the dealer and contractor network. You will perform energy analyses and pay-back calculations to present high-value, decarbonisation-focused solutions. This is a frontline, cross-functional sales role with a clear impact on the company’s sustainability and growth goals.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Target HVACR opportunities to drive profitable growth
  • Develop and execute a plan to grow the YORK/SABROE brand in the area
  • Achieve regional sales targets and manage relationships with major customers
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, and end-users
  • Align customer needs with JCI products and services
  • Pursue YORK/Johnson Controls as preferred HVAC supplier in the region
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to optimize pricing and influence specifications
  • Maintain up-to-date product and competitive knowledge
  • Regularly update and expand the sales pipeline
  • Identify new markets/industrial sectors for industrial heatpumps and decarbonisation initiatives
Responsabilità
  • Experience in HVACR with emphasis on chillers/heat pumps
  • Strong experience in energy analysis and pay-back calculations
  • Sales experience in the chiller/heat pump industrial market with a proven track record
  • Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Ability to create and grow new accounts and opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop sales in a commercial environment
