Overview
In questo ruolo, dirigereai il team di Project System Engineers per garantire la gestione sistemistica di progetti complessi. L’incarico è inserito nell’Engineering, riferendo all’Engineering Director, con responsabilità dirette sul coordinamento, sviluppo e supporto tecnico del team. Lavorerai su progettazione e standard tecnici, promuovendo best practice e miglioramento continuo. L’opportunità offre un’influenza significativa su progetti industriali e automazione, in un contesto internazionale.
Responsabilità- Coordinare e supervisionare le attività del team di Project System Engineers
- Gestire riunioni di coordinamento periodiche e monitorare l’avanzamento
- Identificare esigenze formative e opportunità di sviluppo
- Sostenere la crescita delle competenze tecniche e organizzative del team
- Definire priorità operative e presidiare le attività
- Fornire supporto tecnico sui progetti e sulle soluzioni proposte
- Supportare il team di proposal durante definizione delle soluzioni
- Monitorare la gestione sistemistica di progetti complessi e risolvere problematiche tecnico-organizzative
- Promuovere condivisione di best practice e sviluppo degli standard tecnici
- Partecipare a riunioni di Direzione Engineering e incontri con clienti/partner
- Gestire progetti di miglioramento e coordinare società esterne coinvolte nelle attività di progettazione
- Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi e delle modalità operative della funzione Engineering
- Comprovata capacità di supportare e sviluppare risorse tecniche
- Capacità di organizzare attività, definire priorità e garantire obiettivi
- Esperienza nella gestione sistemistica di progetti complessi in contesti industriali o di automazione
- Conoscenze di ingegneria di sistema (teoriche e pratiche)
- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte brevi
- Ops: è valutata esperienza anche da settori differenti dall’intralogistica
