Product Manager - Telehandler

Job Responsibilitie

sWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager for telehandler products, reporting to the Port Machinery R&D team

• Conduct market research and demand analysis, define product positioning, and provide full support for product launch and promotion
• Work closely with the R&D team to convert market requirements into feasible technical solutions and drive the implementation of product plans
• Accompany the sales team to visit clients across Italy and other European regions, collect market feedback and identify customer pain points to support product strategy formulation
• Carry out product operation related work, including competitor analysis, summarizing product selling points, developing sales toolkits and delivering customer training
• Act as the liaison between the local team and global headquarters, and drive product localization and continuous optimization

Job Requiremen

• Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related engineering fields are preferred
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in product management, technical support, pre-sales or after-sales engineering, and product planning. Candidates with experience in forklifts or construction machinery industries are highly preferred
• Solid technical background. Able to understand product principles, technical parameters and system frameworks without diving into detailed technical development work
• Keen insight into customer needs, proactive mindset for market work, and excellent communication and coordination skill
• Willing to take frequent business trips across Italy and France, and able to collaborate closely with the sales team
