Principal Software Engineer - Container Tools (EMEA)
Red Hat
Red Hat Engineering is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the Container Tools team with a focus on security management. In this role, you’ll be part of a distributed team and will coordinate work with other engineers, product managers, product owners, scrum masters, and community members to write new features for a rapidly changing container ecosystem. You’ll get to work on many emerging technologies, such as podman, skopeo, sigstore and the efficient and secure distribution of AI models and other artifacts. You will be expected to work autonomously, as documentation for emerging technologies can sometimes be sparse. However, support from team members is always available. What you will do- Contribute to adding features requested by stakeholders to containers security libraries to be vendored into products like Podman, Podman Desktop, OpenShift or Kubernetes.
