We look for people who want to take their careers to the next level of success and are experienced in working in a dynamic environment, developing new applications and learning migration into Google Cloud. /p h3About the Solution /h3 pOur Know Your Client application enables advisors to collect information about new potential customers, calculates their risk, and decides in a workflow to accept or reject the customer as a client. Additionally, all clients are reviewed on a periodic schedule. /p pThe solution uses React as front end, Java/Spring Boot as backend, and an Oracle Exa-Database for storage. The instance is hosted on-premises on application servers. A migration of the hosting to Google Cloud and a roll‑out of new instances in new locations is in progress. /p pWe are looking for a Business Functional Analyst to help our client create the next big thing in digital banking. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liHave overall financial services acumen to connect requirements from regulatory policy changes/language to business requirements to functional specifications for solution development and implementation. /li liCreating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation. /li liPresent key timeline, milestones and status update in absence or in conjunction of a Product Owner to senior management and hold strategic discussions independently. /li liRefine business requirements and align globally across all 7 locations in the CE, Ger, APAC and US regions. /li liPrepare senior management slides with strong communication capabilities to package a problem statement clearly to both IT and Non‑IT stakeholders, message and influence via email, Word and PowerPoint effectively. /li liAlign with other key stakeholder groups (such as project management, software engineering, vendor) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions. /li liDocumentation of requirements, processes and controls in Confluence and Jira. /li liSupport for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlogs. /li liPre‑go‑live change management, assisting and supporting SIT and UAT phases. /li liPick‑up production issues and take full ownership until resolution coordinating with all required parties in the bank. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. /li liAt least 5 years of professional expertise in the described role or similar. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of the KYC and account opening process (AFC and KYC standards and regulations) in the Wealth Management business with regard to offshore business and complex, high‑risk client structures would be beneficial. /li liSocial and intercultural competence for the successful handling of all internal and external and international stakeholders, as well as good analytical, conceptual thinking, pronounced autonomy and initiative. /li liExperience in large project or transformation projects in a big financial enterprise would be beneficial. /li liBe able to perform under pressure and face senior management stakeholders if needed. /li liCan‑do attitude and natural tendency to own topics end‑to‑end and deliver changes into production on time. /li liStrong and clean skills in PowerPoint and Excel. /li liKnowledge of the Agile methodologies. /li liPractical experience with technologies like JWT, SAML, REST API, Java, Oracle, SQL, Postman (or similar) would be beneficial. /li liAvaloq Core Banking knowledge is a plus. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills to ensure close alignment with all stakeholders across departments and different seniority levels up to MD. /li liLanguage skills, fluence in English, German language is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
